Hero Learning Commons 360° Virtual Tour

The Caraga State University-Main Campus is nestled in a 232-hectare area, thirty-two (32) hectares of which is allocated for academic buildings and support facilities, including a Gymnasium (currently renovated). The remaining two hundred (200) hectares of land is for the University's production, research, and extension projects. Moreover, the CSU-HERO Learning Commons stood on a 7,200 sq. meter space catering to more than 2,000 guests and hailed as the Biggest State University Library in Mindanao and awarded as the Most Innovative Library Design in the Philippines by the Philippine Association of Academic and Research Librarians (PAARL). The innovative library is integrated with technology solutions that minimize face-to-face contact when patrons return borrowed books and are built with several offices, reading nooks, an auditorium, conference rooms equipped with an RFID access control with a 75” interactive board for meetings, and other state-of-the-art facilities. In addition, the HERO learning commons have a library monitoring system that gathers information and generates library usage data and reporting.
